Lawyers experiencing regulatory, conduct, practice or business problems can now access a new source of advice and assistance specifically designed to address the problems many will encounter in legal practice.
Launched on Friday 11 December, the Lawyers Defence Group is the brain-child of Richard Nelson Solicitors and Murdochs Solicitors and provides all lawyers ” whether they be barristers, solicitors, legal executives or support staff ” with access to a comprehensive web site and to expert advice from those two firms, backed up by a panel of other solicitors, barristers and consultants specialising in those issues likely to be encountered by those in legal practice.
