The City of Dreams casino resort which resides on the Cotai Strip, is a US$ 2.4 billion investment for owners, Melco Entertainment Ltd
Servebase were chosen to fulfill the resorts card processing requirement because of the proven flexibility in their PC-EFT system. The Servebase technology is interfaced to Micros Opera and Micros food & beverage software and provides card processing a sixty points of sale including The Hardrock Hotel and Crown Towers Casino & Hotel.
The combination of Servebase & Micros technology with the added functionality of dynamic currency conversion (DCC) makes it the first of its kind in the Asia Pacific region. Servebase supports the PMS providing safe, secure and efficient transactions whilst the added DCC functionality gives customers the option to pay for purchases in their own currency whilst providing the City of Dreams with an additional revenue stream.
