The leading online designer and retailer of audio visual and video conferencing systems Project Audio Visual recently announced that they have recruited two new apprentices.
One apprentice will train as an installation engineer, whilst the other will take on a technical sales support role. They will both also attend college for the duration of the apprenticeship. They are also recruiting a junior sales employee who will learn within the company and from manufacturers.
This marks another step forward for the Berkshire-based company who have recently announced that they have purchased the building they have leased over the past four years.
A spokesperson for Project Audio Visual said: “We feel that taking on two new apprentices is a massive step forward for the company and really shows that we are moving in the right direction. We felt that creating these positions, along with the decision to purchase the property we use, will help aid the growth of the company. It also allows us to help young people get a head start in the hugely competitive employment market. It can be so difficult to get a job these days but hopefully we can help our two apprentices learn and develop skills that will put them in good stead for the future. We are excited about working with them and seeing what they bring to the roles.”
