Car rental company in Iceland, Blue Car Rental has just updated its website with a more customer friendly layout and providing extensive information about the service, Icelandic mountain roads and basically everything a foreign driver needs to know about Iceland.

The updated website is a part of the Client’s Satisfaction campaign which the car rental started earlier this year. The new layout makes it easier for customers to navigate the website, find appropriate material and make the booking process more enjoyable. Islandpferde-Festival 2011 in Islands Hauptstadt Reykjavik

Das Islandpferde-Festival soll dieses Jahr zwischen 26. März und 2. April stattfinden, und zwar in verschiedenen Veranstaltungsorten in der Hauptstadt Islands, Reykjavik. Das Festival richtet sich an Pferdefreunde jeden Alters, mit Umzügen, Pferdehof-Besuchen, Filmen, Ausstellungen und vielem mehr.

Das Islandpferd ist eine reinrassige Pferderasse mit Anhängern auf der ganzen Welt. Obwohl die ursprüngliche Rasse gemischt war, ist sie heute wegen ihrer Isolation eine der reinrassigsten Pferderassen der Welt. Die Rasse blieb rein für mehr als tausend Jahre und so gibt es heute nur eine einzige Pferderasse in Island. Pferde sind auch ein fester Bestandteil der isländischen Geschichte, denn die Islandpferde können bis auf die Besiedlung Islands im späten 9. Enterprise park accommodates ISC offices in preparation for new silicon plant in Iceland

The business enterprise park in Iceland, Asbru, welcomes the ISC (Icelandic Silicon Corporation), after the company relocated its offices in preparation for the construction of the new silicon-metal facility, which is expected to be operational by the second half of 2013.

Iceland film production hire studio facilities marketed by Promote Iceland

Atlantic Studios at the Asbru Enterprise Park in Iceland offers filmmakers a wide variety of facilities including a 2,200 m2 soundstage with an extra 2,800 m2 for support areas, a 480 seat theatre for screenings and a swimming pool for ocean scenes. The studio is situated in a 5,000 m2 aircraft hanger and with a surrounding 7,000 m2 fenced studio lot.

Kadeco, owners of the Asbru Enterprise Park, recently announced that Promote Iceland would be marketing the film production studio after the two companies signed a contract in agreement.
