The Business Continuity Plan (BCP) requires careful planning. It is therefore critical at the onset, to identify and analyse the risks to a business entity and its critical business functions, as well as the various impacts and consequences to the business. Business continuity experts expanded on such areas affecting a Business Impact Analysis (BIA) during the Meet-the-Experts Seminar organised by BCM Institute.
